Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement outlining the rules for using the website and defining the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
Products and firmware are subject to ongoing R&D improvement. All logos and trademarks belong to respective owners. Reverse engineering or unauthorized redistribution is prohibited. Legal jurisdiction: Seoul Metropolitan Courts, Republic of Korea.

- Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the products, services and software (“Products and Services”) provided by Media Information Communication Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing, installing, using or accessing any of our hardware, firmware, cloud-platform, mobile applications, websites or associated services (collectively “Services”), you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Scope of Products & Services
- Hardware: LED sender cards, receiver cards, scan drivers, hub boards, fine-pitch LED controllers, video processors, Android controller boards, accessories (“Hardware”).
- Software & Firmware: Embedded firmware, software updates, Android apps, management applications (“Software”).
- Cloud/Network Services: Remote monitoring, fleet management, diagnostics, over-the-air (OTA) updates, content scheduling, role-based access, APIs (“Cloud Services”).
- Support Services: Installation assistance, maintenance, warranty service, training, documentation (“Support”).
- Order, Delivery & Acceptance
- All orders must be placed in writing or via authorised portals.
- Delivery schedules, shipping terms and risk of loss are described in the sales agreement or order confirmation.
- Hardware must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported within immediately.
- Acceptance occurs when you install and activate the Hardware or Software, unless a separate acceptance procedure is defined in your purchase agreement.
- Payment & Fees
- Charges for Hardware and Services are set forth in your purchase order or subscription agreement.
- Payments are due within the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges.
- Cloud Services may be subscription-based; your access will begin upon activation and continue for the term of your contract.
- License Grant & Use Restrictions
- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Firmware and Software only in conjunction with the Hardware covered by your purchase and for the duration of your subscription/licence term.
- You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the Firmware or Software; use it for third-party resale; employ components in environments for which they are not intended or authorised.
- The Hardware may only be used for the display control applications for which it was designed (e.g., LED walls, interactive LCDs, digital signage). Misuse voids warranty.
- Firmware & Updates
- We may deliver Firmware, Software patches or updates (“Updates”) to improve functionality, address security vulnerabilities or add features.
- You must install Updates as directed to maintain support eligibility and warranty coverage.
- We are not liable for failure to install Updates which then causes malfunction or performance issues.
- Warranty & Limitations
- Hardware is covered by a warranty as specified in the purchase agreement. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorised repair, acts of nature, or changes to components not approved by us.
- We warrant the Software will substantially perform as described in the documentation for the warranty period.
- EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- Liability
- Our maximum aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the subject Hardware or Software during the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any loss of revenue, profit, data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages—even if we were advised of their possibility.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability which cannot be limited under applicable law.
- Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in our Hardware, Software, firmware, designs, documentation, trademarks and service marks remain with us or our licensors.
- You may not remove or alter any patent, trademark, copyright or proprietary notices on the Hardware or Software.
- Confidentiality
- Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed in connection with the Products and Services (“Confidential Information”).
- Confidential Information may only be used for the purpose of fulfilling obligations in these Terms and may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
- Data & Privacy
- Use of Cloud Services may involve processing of telemetry, diagnostics and usage data from your displays and network.
- Our privacy policy governs how we collect and handle personal data. By using our Products and Services, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted our Privacy Policy.
- Export & Compliance
- You agree to comply with all applicable export control, trade sanctions and customs laws governing the Hardware, Software and Services.
- You will not export, re-export or import any product contrary to applicable laws or to countries subject to embargo or restriction.
- Term & Termination
- These Terms commence on the Effective Date and will continue until terminated per the order or subscription agreement.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to digital services if you breach these Terms.
- Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and Cloud Services, return or destroy any Confidential Information, and pay any outstanding fees.
- Support & Maintenance
- Support Levels, response times, service-level agreements (SLAs) and fees are defined in separate Support Agreements.
- Maintenance may include remote diagnostics, onsite repair, firmware updates and component replacement.
- Updates to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or posting on our website. Continued use of Products and Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction, e.g., Republic of Korea or Hong Kong].
- Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in [City] under the [Arbitration Rules], unless otherwise agreed.
- Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
- Neither party’s failure to enforce any right will constitute a waiver.
