The mLED Master Suite is MIC LED.tech’s proprietary software framework for display calibration, diagnostics, and production automation. It bridges the gap between hardware control and visual output by providing a unified interface for engineers, integrators, and quality teams.
Available in three tiers — Standard, Premium, and 4K Professional — the suite manages everything from pixel calibration to HDR tuning, color mapping, and firmware validation.
Embedded AI modules analyze visual parameters and suggest automatic corrections, reducing setup time and ensuring consistent factory output.
Licensed to Titan Intech Ltd. (2025–2032), the mLED Suite empowers localized manufacturing in India and authorized export globally. Its modular architecture allows integration with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and cloud-based QA dashboards, supporting large-scale production with traceable version control.
Beyond calibration, the software includes predictive analytics, identifying potential display faults before failure. This proactive design ensures reduced maintenance costs and maximum operational uptime for partners and OEMs worldwide.
