LED Display Control Stack (FPGA / SoC Platform)
The LED Display Control Stack is the backbone of every MIC LED.tech system – a robust and modular architecture designed for SMD, MIP, and Mini-LED Direct-View applications. Built around a hybrid FPGA / SoC core, the platform integrates sender, receiver, hub, and driver modules within a unified framework that ensures high-speed data transmission, accurate synchronization, and fault-tolerant performance.
Our engineers designed this stack with deterministic timing precision and intelligent redundancy, ensuring pixel-perfect output even in mission-critical environments.
Advanced diagnostic algorithms continuously monitor voltage, temperature, and data integrity, allowing predictive fault detection and self-healing recovery in live operations.
The system supports multi-interface compatibility – HDMI, DisplayPort, LVDS, Gigabit Ethernet, and USB-C – making it adaptable to diverse display configurations, from compact retail signages to massive outdoor control walls. An optional AI-enhanced signal-tuning module dynamically calibrates color uniformity and brightness consistency across panels in real time.
